Do the game modes follow each other in a constant order in the weekly rotation?
-Week 13 (2024.03.25): Back to Basics
-Week 14 (2024.04.01): No update
-Week 15 (2024.04.08): Rush - Hardcore
-Week 16 (2024.04.15): No update
-Week 17 (2024.04.22): Urban Warfare
No, it's all over the place.
For example, we have Urban Warfare now but we also had it like a month ago.
And in December we had B2B on Frontlines, which we got again earlier this year (forgot when exactly)
However, B2B on Conquest and Operations last appeared much longer ago.

yes, the game mode and scrap exchange are updated one after the other manually by a Dice employee (on Mondays, with a break of one, two or more weeks).
