I've bought a pre-order key from
I redeemed the code in Origin, it was confirmed as being BF1, but the game won't appear in the Game Library and I have no options to download it. Do you know what's going on?

In Origin have you tried going to the top left, clicking on the Games tab and then Reloading Games Library? I initially faced the same issue however after doing this the game showed up for me, if that fails then you could always try to log out of Origin and back in and that should solve your issue!
