Can you be a bit more specific about your issue, as in which buttons are blocked and so on?
Please exit your game and then relaunch it in Administrator mode and see if that helps. Try to alt + tab few times as well and see if they become responsive after. You can also try alt + enter too as it can fix it sometimes. If this does not work, go to your Origin client and press your game icon and in the menu select "Repair".
If this does not work, make sure all your drivers are updated as well.
Make sure you are not using DX12 from the ingame settings. It can introduce huge lag to the in game menus.
