Does your Xbox or EA account have underage status? If yes, this might be the reason for your trouble and in that case you will need to either contact EA Support for EA Accounts or Xbox support for Xbox accounts.
If underage status is not the issue, do you have a Xbox Gold subscription for your account? If you dont, you may not be able to play online portions of the game.
If non of this are the issue, then you will need to contact EA Support and the advisors should be able to help you out future.

I’m stil facing this issue. Can’t play multiplayer player for past 2 weeks. EA chat support also doesn’t work.
