BF1 not displaying properly(maps, enemy and team names hit marks etc)

I have BF1 on XBOX ONE when I first installed the game everything was working just fine, a few days ago I go back to the game like every day but out of the blue, the game stops displaying hit marks, team names, flag points or when marking enemy troops. I tried restarting the console and the game but it didn't fix it my next step was uninstalling the game and installing again I deleted everything related to the game in my console but when I go back to the game I'm still having the same issues. I don't know what to do anymore any help? you guys think that my disc is corrupted somehow or something.

    Take a look at your disc and if you see any damage at all, i.e. scratches and the such. Then that will be your issue and you should perhaps return it to your provider for a new copy.
