[Bf1 PC] Stuttering, packet loss and latency swings while downloading low speed
I'm now sharing a 16.000 kbit/sec connection with a friend of mine. We figured limiting the network usage of each PC to roughly 1,0 mb/sec (getting at least 1,2 mb/sec download out of the 2,0 mb/sec promised) should allow the other one to play without any lag.
While it works for most games it does not seem to work for Battlefield 1. After some testing we found out that if one person downloads anything at any speed (as low as 200 kb/sec) the other has stuttering, packet loss and latency swings while playing Bf1.
At this point we're out of ideas other than "one can not use the internet while the other is playing battlefield" - which does not seem like a satisfying solution. Anyone has any idea why this problem exists and how it could potentially be fixed? PC setup is otherwise fully capable at running Bf1 at 100 FPS @ULTRA.
Opening the platform and game specific ports may have an effect on this and it would be great if you could confirm whether on not this helps.

Thanks.
