bf1 premium not working

i bought the bf1 premium pass, installed it yet i can play none of the content. please help

Hey @fuzzballvF  when you say can't play none of the content - in what way? Are you having issues starting the game, loading do you get network error?

    if i load the game and try and join a server i get kicked for not having premium content. even though i do have it. its not network

      @fuzzballvF I assume you have installed the premium file and just to be sure its being game shared to you?
