BF1 Rental servers

Im trying to rent a server in BF1. I made sure my payment info was up to date, drivers are all up to date, EA app is up to date,restarted my PC.

So i go to rent a server in game by going to Store>Rent a server then do all my configurations and then when i click rent server the little white

circle just sits there and spins forever. Does nothing. I restart and try again, same thing. I noticed when i minimized my game and bring it back

up it says transaction cancelled. Every time. I have plenty of room on my card, i know thats not an issue. So what gives?

    I also have a problem with the Battlefield 1 server rental.
    At the end of the process, after payment, the window does not respond to user interaction (with the continuous spinning, progress circle).
    However, the transaction was successful (if I close the window).
    I paid the 3 euro (the payment service provider and EA also sent me a confirmation email).
    But my problem is that my rented server did not appear in the game (and there is no my private server configuration option in the game).

    @MudpipeMilkshake 


    I just closed the window.
    However, the game must be restarted after renting the server (and you have to wait a few minutes).
    Finally, my private server appeared and it can be configured afterwards.
