Found the issue. It was my watercooling kit. It couldn't keep up with spikes in temp on the CPU. Replaced and upgraded my kit and now BF1 no longer shuts down my PC.
Yes, it's only Battlefield 1 that causes this issue.
I can play Overwatch, War Thunder, Elite Dangerous, and Dirt on max settings.

On which graphics settings are you playing BF1? Does your PC shut down the same way on lower graphics settings in BF1? Do you receive any errors when the shut down occurs, what does the event viewer says happened?
Ok, lets start that from the bottom and work our way up. Please try repairing the game by right clicking on it in origin and pressing "repair game". When its finished, try launching it again.
