Bf1 Steam vs EA cant link

Hello everyone,I bought Battlefield 1 on my Steam account, but when I launched it for the first time, my Steam account was automatically linked to my friend’s EA account.His EA account had previously been logged in on this computer, so I assume the game linked to it automatically. I don’t have the login details for his EA account, and I want to use my own EA account instead.Has anyone experienced this problem before? Is there a way to unlink my Steam account from his EA account and link it to my own EA account? I can provide proof that I purchased Battlefield 1 on my Steam account.Also, how can I contact EA Support directly about this issue? Is there a specific page, form, or live chat that I should use?Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!&nbsp;&nbsp;

Please note that you may need to reach out to our live support team regardless, as unlinking an account can lead to a cooldown period, and you may face pushback when trying to link Steam with your EA account as a result. That said, it might be best to contact support directly to see if they can help unlink Steam and bypass that cooldown, if it applies, to avoid additional conversations or confusion down the road.&nbsp;
