BF1 update won't install

First time I put BF1 disc in. It said there was an update available so I could play online. Downloaded it and it failed to install. Error code was for a corrupt file. After multiple attempts of deleting download and game from PS4 and initializing the PS4 the update still not installing. EA support had no idea how to fix it

    Hey @tim92loe,

    Make sure you Restore the licenses in the PS4 Settings, and do a Hard Reset (unplug your console for a few minutes, and plug it back in)

    Also, I would recommend making sure that you have enough space on your PS4 to download the Update.

    Having the same problem. Initalized my PS4 because that was their "solution" so now I have deleted all my data and still can't install the update. Neither Playstation or EA has a solution and it's pretty *ty and it looks like i just gave them my money for them not to do anything to help.

    Sounds like it's there problem, give it a day or less..then come back and see if the problem still persists. 

    I would try restart internet and console.

    Hey did you manage to sort this problem out ? I'm having the same issue and it's been over a week now since I bought the game (hard copy)
