BF1 "You have lost connection to the session"

I have seen this Reddit post and tried changing the compatibility of the game file but it still doesn't work. I don't know what else to do. What seems strange to me is that I can play on North American servers without an issue, but I'd prefer to play on the EU servers since I live in the UK, so I can still play BF1 on NA servers but just need to face the high levels of ping unfortunately.Unfortunately, there is nothing much I can tell you except to talk to EA support for a possible solution. The usual game reinstall does the trick to be totally honest.

@mebrouk97 Are you playing on US community servers or DICE official ones ?
Also the suggested solutions in the reddit post don't work for me.
Disabling the auto save feature in the EA app doesn't work atm.
I'd also suggest testing the situation with a secondary account in case you got one.
- @neoforo87 I will give a secondary account try later on when I get home... really frustrating since I never had this issue before, why is it happening now smh
