They've helped a few weeks ago with this some connection errors.

@neoforo87 It seems to be behaving for me. I was only able to play for 5 minutes, but didn't get disconnected while I was on.
Your theory might still hold weight though. While I've had my account since 2016 I do play on console, whereas it could be a PC issue. If you play on console then obviously ignore me. - neoforo8710 months agoSeasoned Ace
@ElliotLHFrom all the posts I've seen, the players encountering this issue were all on PC, if my memory serves me right.
I have to say it's really frustrating that it hasn't been fixed yet, in my case it's been 5 months already and still no official answer from EA's side.
A single sentence like,''Hey we've heard you and we'll search for a solution'' , would suffice.
I start doubting that all the supports I chatted with regarding this issue, even forwarded my case to the tech team.
Hope you can forward the issue and EA can light a fire under it. As an old customer I feel a bit betrayed...
