BF3 alienware arena dog tag

So I've just found out about the BF3 alienware arena dog tags shortly after I began playing (not too long ago)

problem is, I can't redeem the code (even though my BF3 version is the PC version)

I get an error message saying "An error has occured while trying to process your request. Please contact origin help."

hope you guys help me out, I dont wanna be that guy who helps flood alienware arena with different accounts to find a key that works
