yeh that doesnt help, nothing happens
Perhaps go to the Origin website and download the full installation package and install it as if it is a new problem as an administrator if the upgrade functionality is not working?
got it to work, thanks i uninstalled, then when i reinstalled i remember seeing on some forum to install it in c:/origin rather than the default c:/programs(x64) , then i installed it as admin , its working now , thanks
