Hi , i have a problem with my account on bf3/bf4 , i have ban on GGC and Metabans for cheating .. its strange I gave my account to a friend and the next day I was banned. Any help?

Actually, appeal to EA wouldn't really work here, as it is not an account ban, but a 3rd party program ban. Noble provided the appeal route for GGC-Stream bans, and you should follow it for the first appeal.
For Metabans appeal, you will have to contact the server admin who banned you (or at least submit an appeal to the clan/community running the server). In that case you will have to find their contact info and details regarding appeal process on your own (each community has its own procedures for bans given by its admins)
