  • @UltraManu_IT hi 🙂 If you are banned you need contact EA Support: https://help.ea.com/en/   unfortunately you should not give your accounts to other people, because if they use hacks you are the responsible.

    Contacting Support

    If you believe your EA Account and/or user name (user name is your ID, PlayStation™Network online ID, Xbox LIVE gamertag, or game-specific username) has been incorrectly suspended/banned and you would like to dispute this action, please contact support at accountdisputes@ea.comfrom your registered email address.

    Not all banned/suspended account disputes should be submitted to accountdisputes@ea.com. Some suspensions and bans may be performed by a third-party or certain games may have their own dispute process:

    If you were banned by Punkbuster or GGC-Stream, please know that EA Support cannot assist with unbanning your account. Learn more about disputing a ban with PunkBuster or GGC-Stream.

    In the Subject of your email, write whether your account was banned or suspended, followed by the game or product name, and the user name. TheSubject of your email should look like this:

    • Banned Account – FIFA 15 – Player1234
    • Suspended Account – Battlefield 4 - MySoldierABC
       

    Include the following information in the Body of your email:

    • First name and last name:
    • Game/product name:
    • User name:
      • User name is your ID, PlayStation™Network online ID, Xbox LIVE gamertag, or game-specific username.
    • Email address of your EA Account:
    • Where your game or product was purchased:
    • Banned or suspended:
    • Error/notification message received (if any):
    • Details of your dispute:


    Each account and/or user name is reviewed on a case by case basis. Though we make every effort to address these inquiries within 72 hours, the time required to do a full investigation may vary. Be sure to read EA's Account Suspension Policy.

    Note: The majority of banned or suspended accounts are only suspended temporarily.  Find more information about the length of your suspension by checking the email address associated with your account.     Actually, appeal to EA wouldn't really work here, as it is not an account ban, but a 3rd party program ban. Noble provided the appeal route for GGC-Stream bans, and you should follow it for the first appeal.

    For Metabans appeal, you will have to contact the server admin who banned you (or at least submit an appeal to the clan/community running the server). In that case you will have to find their contact info and details regarding appeal process on your own (each community has its own procedures for bans given by its admins)
