same issue here bro - spent the last few days in a chat with people from ea and they told me to delete the license files, clear ea app cache, reinstall the game. ive tried some other ways from youtube as well and still nothing. its shocking because i actually own the game and a product key and dont see why i should re purchase and try again and it still might not work with a new key. i literally dont understand because i have played on this account before for hours. if a new key did fix this issue they should be giving them out to people who can prove they already had one.
