To Everyone who is experiencing this issue:
Are you trying to join a game that is full ?
I am only experiencing this message when i try join a FULL game,
This has given me the impression that Queue isn't working properly.
You can replicate this assumption by trying to enter a full game and failing
and then afterwards, Join an empty game and succeed.
Tried 15 times (Control)
10 Full = 10 Failed.
5 Empty = 5 Worked.

It's nothing to do with full servers, tried to join 0/32 server, still same issue.
