BF3 Frame Rate Issues (PC)

Hi All,
I recently upgraded the GPU in my PC from an Nvidia GTS 450 which game with my dell XPS9100 to a GTX 660 by EVGA. I am fairly disappointed with the result. I still barley get over 30FPS and the premium maps in endgame are completely unplayable with below 30 and sometimes 20 FPS. I use Nvidia GeForce experience to optimize the game’s graphic settings. I’ve also tried turning everything to low and changing the screen resolution in the endgame maps with no improvement in performance. I would appreciate anybody’s help or insight on this very annoying problem.
