BF3 PS3 - All US Servers low or no ping

Battlefield 3 PS3 West US Servers lost all ping and connection at 6pm EST on 2/26/2020.  West US Servers went from 5 ping to 1.  All East US Servers have had low or no ping since late last year (November possibly).

Now all US Servers have no or low ping, including EA/DICE servers, register between 1 and 4 ping, most all servers are empty.

I will not be renewing any of my server rentals until this is fixed - I will let the servers expire.

I have cleared cache and cookies through my browser (as instructed by support, not sure what that has to do with it)

As of the time I'm posting this, 2 servers are running at capacity and 2 more have started and building, the rest need map rotations reset to restart max players.

    Please check your East us servers, the problem is not our local connection. Please don't let BF3 die. Thank you for the information.

    @EA_Atic, Yes sir, still have low ping on all US Servers, DICE/EA and rented servers.  So far, since November, all East US servers have been empty, both EA/DICE and rented servers - most people are unable to connect, I, myself, on a West US server, lose connection about 6 times a night (8pm to 11pm)

    I have moved one of my servers to Europe, so far, doing well.  Let both of my West US Servers expire, lost a lot of $$$ on those.

    Hi Kent

    I just wonder, if EA doesn't want to keep running servers, why don't close down all Dice servers and just leave Rented servers only with good pings, I keep renting servers because I am sick and tired of hackers with jailbreak consoles ruining everyone's experience on DICE official servers, since no solution to this issue is brought by you guys EA or SONY, we have no choice but rent servers and ban them, a job at least  EA should do, since SONY would not ban their consoles for good, blocking their ORIIGIN accounts would suffice, cheaters are well known by the community unable to do anything. I can also provide you their user names. WE NEED SERVER WITH RELIABLE PING OR GET RID OF HACKERS.
