Hi there!
When something happens in the game (explosions etc) then all the traffic going through one more major server. Sometimes there's too much going on and then it can stop up, which lead that your Xbox 360 will freeze.
Does this happen every game you play?

Thank you for this reply what should me and my dad do? should we get a cooler to help it? By the way when i played a couple days ago i was on a 68 killing spree then all of the sudden it freezes.
