BF4 always connects me to lagy servers.

Hello i have been enjoying my BF4 but i seem to be having lag issues.
i play many multiplayer games and i never go over 30-80 ping.
when i look for servers i can mainly fined 3-4 that are good but they dont always have the game type i want to play.
and when i go to click the option ( Play now ) it always connects me to servers that either have many lagers or i lagg.
usually i connect to servers that my ping is over 150-250.
why cant it put me in servers that are closer to me.... i live in israel.
