My computer has a 16GB RAM（WIN8.1）. But when I run BF4 it always occupy only 2GB.I tried to use WIN7 compatible and administrator mode.But to no avail.It only takes up 2GBRAM will be prompted me "has stopped running".（DX and C++ I also repaired.） SO who can help me？
I've made a thread about how to fix this, here are some things you can do:

If it is something with a .dll on the end it could be that your graphics cards drivers are out of date, make sure to update them.

It could also be something with punkbuster, so make sure to update punkbuster just in case: http://www.evenbalance.com/?page=pbsetup.php [evenbalance.com]
If it says just that this has caused the error: BF4.exe then it's a bit trickier. I had this issue not long ago but i fixed it, the thing that was causing it was my CPU that i had overclocked leading it to crash the game becuase of an overload.
First of all, thank you for your reply. But control your reply, I checked my computer. The graphics driver is the latest 340.52 (NVIDIA 780ti). My CPU is I7 4770K.（I had overclocked 4.0HZ ）My reliabillity history do not show any useful information.
And my pbsvc.exe told me “tests successfully without error”.
Oh God, I don't know what I will do.

I know what's causing it now, you've overclocked your CPU right? well remove the overclock and put it back to normal and it will hopefully work.
