BF4 Bugs still to be fixed

Fix this game!!!!!!!! I was just playing Obliteration on Rogue Transmission (Hardcore) on the Playstation 3. I was in the A10 Thunderbolt chasing down someone carrying the bomb. Take note: He was driving a FOUR WHEELER. A QUAD. I nailed him with BOTH of my air-to-ground missiles, and he lived. He then jumped off the quad and ran on foot. I swooped back around and unloaded my THIRTY MILLIMETER CANNONS into him until they ran dry! Then I even crashed into him dead on with the jet!!! He still lived!
