Then EA support was wrong. Battlelog forums are for giving feedback and have discussions. This place is for technicals support, technical questions and workarounds.

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you in relation to your issues with Battlefield 4.
I have passed these issues on for you as a bug/glitch report. I know the one where it shows your killer as 0% HP is a display bug that the guys in DICE are working to resolve.
For any future bug reports, you can report them via the Answers HQ forum at answers.ea.com. The game developers check these boards very frequently for any bug reports

EA was right as all of my points are technical issues that need addressing.
