BF4 Camo and Orange Glitch

Hello, so ever since ive got BF4. Which i love! Ive been having lots of trouble with my camos for each country, they are not saving. The other issue is that all the time when i get on.etc my loadouts always say i have new stuff availible (marked in orange), which i do not. They are just items i have. Please help. Thanks!
