i just finished campaign using the origin while offline and my progression in my battlelog says that i just played the first mission. also the weapons unlocked via assigment in the campaign are also blocked. so frustating
While there are sometimes issues with timely unlocks, sometimes there's just a delay. Try finishing a Multiplayer match and check again.

It should unlock in 48 hours, or less. There is nothing wrong, it is just a delay as said above.
