I've spent hours with EA technical "support", who are an absolute joke to say the least.
THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM WITH BF AND ORIGIN/EA WHO EVER, YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR AN UPDATE FROM THEM, ALWAYS HAVE BUGS
