I had the same error on my GTX 650 TI Boost, uninstalled Razer Game Booster problem solved!!!
Hopefully this helps out some more people in regards to this issue!
I've found a way to fix this issue until Dice/EA founds out what triggers it.
You have to disable Dx11 render either you have an Nvidia or ATI the problem seems to occur to any who can run Dx11 libraries.
So you have to go to your BF4 folder ex ; C:\Porgram Files\Origin Games\Battlefield 4\
You should found a file called "user.cfg" if not create one using the notepad,
then check/add those lines :
RenderDevice.Dx11Dot1Enable 0
RenderDevice.Dx11Dot1RuntimeEnable 0
RenderDevice.Dx11Enable 0
My game is stable now but I lately noticed some graphic artefacts, maybe the two first line can stay enabled, it need more tests.
More infos to come but give it a try! 🙂

I have 2 GTX285's in SLI and get the problem. So its not a problem with those who "can" run DX11.

Might give that DX11 thing a try tonight. But, why... would anyone be expected to do any of this to fix one game?
