hey i have the same issue and the same graphics gard do you even fixed it ?
The last two times my crashed with this dreaded error was between maps. That's something new for me.

Have you checked your GPU temps?
I haven't had any crashes since I turned up my fan speed so heat might be a cause of some crashes, I have a 660TI.
It cant be GPU temps as I've had it crash when just starting a game and loading a map. My GPU didn't even have time to heat up!
Try increasing your fan speed to 80% and see if it still crashes, mine was caused by heat but there are obviously many other reasons for this crash error since it happens on both ATI and Nvidia cards.
It's never going to work, because they dont care!!
