I also had issues, but it was when all my BF4 was stored internally. I switched everything to external and try to keep my internal below 70% full. Seemed to help with all my games.
No, it is my game and I'm not sharing it
So I am posting here since the support team left me on read and closed my case without responding because as predicted they're awful!
So I have battlefield 4 for Xbox One, I have had it for many years, I own the premium edition so I have all the dlc, I bought it on the same profile I play it on, I only have one Xbox account. And my dlc worked for years, but about a year ago 2 out of 5 of the dlc packs stopped working, any time I tried to load one of those dlc maps my game would either crash or just get stuck in an infinite loading screen or black screen, which is a known issue with your game that has never been fixed. Now I have done everything I possibly can in my power to fix this, I have restarted the game hundreds of times, I have hard reset my console hundreds of times, I have uninstalled both the game and all the dlc at least 10 times, and I have even factory reset my console which caused me to lose game data on other games. O have spoke with Xbox support who is no help, I have paid money for the dlc, yet the game crashes when I try to play them, and I have no idea what to do, but this needs to be fixed!
Please do not send stupid replies like "try turning it off and on again" Or "try power cycling your console"
As stated I've don't these steps many many times!!!
Update, THIS IS THE 2ND TIME I'VE MADE THIS POST, NO ONE HELPED ME, THEY JUST GAVE ME TERRIBLE ANSWERS AND WHEN I TOLD THEM IT DIDN'T WORK THEY NEVER REPLIED AND EA CLOSED MY POST, I STILL CAN'T PLAY 3 OUT OF 5 OF THE DLC!!!!! AND I PAID FOR THEM!!!!! I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!
AND EA SUPPORT WON'T HELP, THEIR PHONE LINE DOESN'T KNOW ANYTHING, DO I HAVE TO GET A LAWYER?

First of all, is it now 2 or 3 out of 5 DLC's?
You said 2 above, and 3 at the lower part.
Which DLC's are the ones that are not working?
Are they stored at any different place than the other ones that are working?
Did you see if actually everything is missing from the specific DLC content (like Weapons, skins ect) or if it's only the missing access to the DLC maps?
Did you switch the console? Like form a older Xbox to a newer one?

Yes because organically I couldn't play naval assault, china rising, or second assault. But I factory reset my console (which made me lose a Minecraft map I had for 6 years) after I reset that those map packs started working, but at the cost that now I couldn't play dragons teeth or final stand, so it basically switched what I could play.
As of right now bf4 and every dlc are all stored on my internal hard drive, I have tried over ten times moving them around, I've tried everything on external, everything on internal, game on external and dlc on internal, dlc on external and game on internal, I've tried everything, I've uninstalled and reinstated at least 100 times.
I have all the weapons and skins working from all dlc, I never lost those, it's just when I try to play the maps it just goes to a infinite black screen, yes I've tried waiting, I once waited for 17 mins and it never got to the loading screen, it's absolutely awful.
I've only had one Xbox One my entire life.
I have the same exact problem with Dragon's Teeth and Final Stand DLC as well. I've had Premium since the game launched. Those 2 DLC packs quit working over 2 years ago when I upgraded to a Xbox One X. I never got them to work. Black loading screen with blinking cursor. I was told the same old "reset your console, uninstall the game, move to external, clear alt mac address", etc. Those things did nothing. I gave up on it and moved on. I'm on a Series X now and decided to get back into the game a month or two ago and the Dragon's Teeth and Final Stand DLC STILL don't work. It's so ridiculous and frustrating that nobody has a working solution. I've asked for help when the Battlefield forums were up and here as well.
The issue is caused by certain details of your profile between your console and the MS store (or Playstaion store) not synching properly and so particular downloads not being fully usable by your machine. There was likely a slightly bugged download that DICE sent out which will never be patched due to the game no longer being supported. There's a two-step solution.
1) Change DNS manually to 8.8.8.8, and 8.8.4.4. Clear alternate MAC address and restart console when prompted.
2) Navigate to settings > system > console info and select the option to reset your console while keeping your games and apps.
There is no need to reinstall the game or any problem DLC. Just set up the console again, wait a while for your the Xbox to catch up with itself and then you should be good to go.

YES! That finally worked for me! Thank You! I'm playing a Dragon's Teeth map right now. I've tried all the steps involved before except for changing the DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. The only question I have is will I have issues with other games with those DNS numbers?
@smiggyg i don't think so.
As this DNS Primary 8.8.8.8 and Secondary 8.8.4.4 are the ones from Google and as i know from PS4 too it should just keep your connection on Console better and more stable in general.
So it should not effect other games in a negative way. Otherwise you will know what you could try to take a look at.
