So I am posting here since the support team left me on read and closed my case without responding because as predicted they're awful!
So I have battlefield 4 for Xbox One, I have had it for many years, I own the premium edition so I have all the dlc, I bought it on the same profile I play it on, I only have one Xbox account. And my dlc worked for years, but about a year ago 2 out of 5 of the dlc packs stopped working, any time I tried to load one of those dlc maps my game would either crash or just get stuck in an infinite loading screen or black screen, which is a known issue with your game that has never been fixed. Now I have done everything I possibly can in my power to fix this, I have restarted the game hundreds of times, I have hard reset my console hundreds of times, I have uninstalled both the game and all the dlc at least 10 times, and I have even factory reset my console which caused me to lose game data on other games. O have spoke with Xbox support who is no help, I have paid money for the dlc, yet the game crashes when I try to play them, and I have no idea what to do, but this needs to be fixed!
Please do not send stupid replies like "try turning it off and on again" Or "try power cycling your console"
As stated I've don't these steps many many times!!!
Update, THIS IS THE 2ND TIME I'VE MADE THIS POST, NO ONE HELPED ME, THEY JUST GAVE ME TERRIBLE ANSWERS AND WHEN I TOLD THEM IT DIDN'T WORK THEY NEVER REPLIED AND EA CLOSED MY POST, I STILL CAN'T PLAY 3 OUT OF 5 OF THE DLC!!!!! AND I PAID FOR THEM!!!!! I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!
AND EA SUPPORT WON'T HELP, THEIR PHONE LINE DOESN'T KNOW ANYTHING, DO I HAVE TO GET A LAWYER?
