Hey all,
I have a weird situation. Tried to play bf4 the other day but it won't load past the start screen. We tried to play on my son's computer (his own account) and it does exactly the same thing. We have tried reinstalling the game but nothing is working. Any ideas?

Spoke with customer support. Advised to delete game and use tool to remove all game information. As expected it did nothing. Game still crashes on the start screen on both computers. Are there problems with the new WIndows updates?
Community ManagerSorry you are still seeing an issue. You can determine if recent Windows Updates are the issue by uninstalling the most recent one(s).
Windows updates can sometimes be troublesome.
