Well there is no solution in these topics and online search at least not for my problem. We did all of them before. ☹️
Windows 10 has this issue where the game doesn't appear in Borderless which is due to some change in Windows 10's virtual desktop. It's kinda the opposite issue of what you are having here but you can try the solution as well as it doesn't hurt. You basicly set the virtual desktop settings to all desktops like this:
