A few hours ago I finished downloading Battlefield 3 Premium for my pc. I clicked play and it sent me to my battlelog but it says my current soldier is from my ps3. Some people said Battlelog would automatically give me a new soldier to use for my pc but so far I havent discovered a way to switch over. Is there anywhere that gives me an option to do this?
ahh ok that makes sense. Um I might sound really stupid but how do i make a new soldier?

Open the game with your origin, you will see the soldier creation at the beginning. If your origin account email and PSN game email is same, it will use same battlelog account automatically. And you can switch between the soldiers (for PC and for PS3) on top of the battlelog page.

Any idea, on how to migrate my former, now not working anymore BF3 Premium PS3 Account, to my almost unused BF3 Premium PC Account, to finish the last missing achievement? ... & same above exactly for BF4.
