BF4 give us the ability to create a new soldier

As the title says, give us the ability to create a new soldier like we used to be able to in bf2, bf2142, etc. I recently had my account hijacked. That is a problem with EA's security , not mine. I requested a stat reset because the time played etc are no longer a reflection of my time played,my progression. I was of course refused. I then requested my account be closed, I was offered an old game as compensation , Dead Space 2, again I  refused . Hilarious, I only play BF. If EA can not keep customer accounts secure, the least they should do is offer full stat resets or the ability to create a new soldier. I seriously hope my BF4 account gets stolen again as next time the theif can keep it. The only reason I wont go ahead with account closure now, is so I can still have a voice. I have been with the bf franchise since it began I have more than paid for the privelidge to complain. EA/Dice you will never receive a single penny from me ever again. I will not only boycott your products but I  also refuse to buy your products for my children. Youve lost a household of gamers 8 of us in total. You dont deserve the loyalty to your products or the money I have given you over years. I think my money would be better spent on a website of my own where unhappy EA customers can come and make make public their own bad experiences with your company and its non existant customer support

do not post on here unless you have a question......

    OK , heres a few,

why have EA/Dice removed the function to create more than one soldier on your account like you could in earlier versions of battlefield?

Is it because greed is now more important than customer satisfaction?

If somebody from another country has  been playing daily on my account for the last few weeks because of holes in EA's security, sureley the onus falls on EA to restore or reset that account or, is it my fault EA cant keep the accounts safe?

I dont mind starting from scratch again but I do mind that in order to do so involves me, having to purchase premium all over again and even then there is no promise that EA could assure the security of that account.

Oh and being offered a FREE copy of Deadspace 2 is an insult when you look at what I paid for bf4 with premium when it came out. I dont even want a FREE game . I want to play the game I payed for. With my stats and time, not the stats and time added to my game by some hacker from Russia

    Seriously?

You consider yourself a customer service representative?

Do you think that the way you responded shows any sign of customer care?

Is there someone who is in charge (a supervisor or a manager) that we can report such rude responses to?

Are you even an employee of EA or Dice? If not then please do not give yourself the right to respond like such to paying customers queries.

If you are an employee then please let me know who is your manager as I would like to have a word with them about your attitude.

Finally...If EA or Dice DOES NOT CARE...Then please let all of us know so we can respond in a more official (legally correct) manner.

These were a few questions for you to answer.... and before hand I know that I will not get satisfactory answers because this is the worst support team I have ever dealt with in my life.

Considering this post is over a year old, I did not at the time know what I was doing... At all. We do not work for EA here, we're volunteers. I'm sorry about my poor response, I edited it with the proper way to forward game suggestions to the developers.

If you're having any issues with Battlefield, please create a new topic and we will assist you.
