So what's the specific issue you are experiencing? the DPM6 camo is unlocked by completing the Second Assault assignment Air Mail which has the prerequisites Transport a flag carrier in a helicopter which results in a capture" which means that you need to be flying the heli or a passenger in the heli with the flag carrier in the same heli and drop the flag carrier off at the flag to score. Have you done this?
