BF4 gone after reset of PS4

I have a huge problem. I had several problems with application errors. Then I saw I should probable reset my PS4 to default. However my Battlefield 4 disc is a PS3 disc. I just used the code to convert to PS4. Now the game is gone, and when i put the disc in my PS4 it says it can't play it. 

Do I have any chance of getting my game back, or do I have to buy it again???? 😕

    i dont have ps4 but i would assume they have a puchase history or download history. you should make sure you redownload everything available. if this advice is of no help and no one else chimes in fill this form out and youll get the help you need help.ea.com/en/contact-us/?product=battlefield-4
