Don't look down.
Often in these platform jumps you are temped to look down at the platform you are jumping off.
When you jump off make sure you are looking straight ahead or a little up.
Had multiple attempts and this worked first time.

"Ok"... sprint and just as you get to the edge of the platform press jump. Note: You must be looking up and be centred with the ladder.
You have to gain some speed and be going at full speed. At the last pixel/inch of the platform you jump and try to land into the ladder.
