BF4 Image distortion and quality issues (horizontal lines / banding and red blue flickering / shifting "EMP Blur Effect") - PS4 / PC / Xbox x

These image quality issues seem to be appearing cross-platform, however I've been using a PlayStation 4 with a 46" Sony Bravia HX923.
There are two perhaps seperate issues:
- Image ghosting / shifting with appearance of anaglyph 3D image (emp distortion effect)
This issue is now fixed by the recent patch.
A ghosting effect whereby the picture is discolouted and shifted off to either side. This looks exactly like the effect applied to loading screens (where text and some images are shifted to the left/right briefly, in an overlay filter manner, creating the look of an electronic distortion). However, in game this is quite distracting. I've noticed it particuarly when using a scope, it's quite dizzying and buggy. Tends to happen after some time of playing, usually at the same time as the horizontal lines start appearing. It actually feels like the effect applied to the loading screens is unintentionally being applied to the game.

Bug noticed by PC ("EMP" issue marked as fixed) and XBox users - Horizontal line interference
Particuarly evident on the black loading screens, hundreds of horizontal lines which, when seen in game, reduce the quality of the image - this looks like interferance or poor video output although is only evident in BF4.

I'm seeing some these quality issues on PS4. Playing on a 46" HX923 Bravia, not tested another tv.
