Didn't work man it stop at 14% in installatingg I want my money back u m.fs. I ask for refund and I won't buy a ps4 I will stay at my ps3 I want to play online like bf4 u basterds or give me my money back I want to chat live with an advisor and now I don't to wait 5 min its like 5 h I waited 1 h and it still says under 5 * minutes and I refresh the page ,I wanty money back
Can u atleast transform me to a live chat not for waitin just give me link and when i see my email i will cheack it
Hi @Rdoooi this is the second time I've moved one of your posts into this thread. Please don't create new threads when you already have a thread - also don't use the forum for private messages, there's a private message feature on this site for that if you find it needed.

then you can create a new conversation with an EA advisor by clicking "New Conversation".
Then you have to select the product you want help with, the platform and the topic
When you have done that you need to select the method to make contact with EA
The available methods depend time of day, time of week and holidays in the country selected in the selector in the top left corner:
Changing the above language to United States or similar can sometime make live chat appear if it's not available in your country.
