BF4 Intel HD 4000 graphics problem

I am having serious problems playing BF4 Deluxe with my i5, 8GB, Win 8 PC since I have Intel HD 4000 graphics. I am seeing strobe effect / flashlight colours from the centre and the game is unplayable.

Some Youtube videos suggested me to update driver, but I have the most recent and it still does it.

Ideas please?

    there a new intel driver came out check your manufacturer and you will find the new driver

    hi

    the problem is intel driver on with win8, the game runs really bad

    I tried win7 and the game runs better 1024x600 aprox 20-40fps 32p server

    my hd4000 is mobile, desktop should be better
