hey there! had the same problem. exchanged the disk, same thing. i had the default language set to UK English, changed it to USA English, and voila! problem solved. see if that works. good luck!

- @brave024 Since this thread hasn't been active since 2014 I'm going to have to lock it. However, you're welcome to create a new thread about the issue or comment on a more recent one.
To give you some information, though, the EA App will only use the languages available on the copy of the game, so the available choices will differ depending on which region the game is for. The available ones will be shown while installing.
