BF4 missing premium items
Hi i ordered BF4 premium along with BF4 and i havent recieved the premium items

My Premium Battlepacks are gone, they don't even show up in the list of opened battlepacks yet they do on my battlelog profile and now I have like several unopened bronze battlepacks that I know that I have opened and two gold from the premium monthly.
My premium skins and the carbon knife is also gone. But weird thing is that nwo I have a few new weapon camos and a few veteran knives for some reason.
They need to fix this FAST. I didn't pay all that money for my stuff to be taken away a few days after I got them.
I'm having the same issue, as my battle packs are missing along with my carbon blade, yet my dog tags are still premium, and can access premium.
- I'm having the same issue. I even redownloaded premium.
I have none of my premium battkepacks or anything, I can't even choose to access them. The only thing premium I have is the one DagTag with the P on it.
I would like all of my stuff back, what's going on with this?
I saw that they said it was fixed but apparently not...I got the original Premium Gold Battlepack and I still have the items, but I now did not get the new battlepack that was scheduled for November 29, 2013.!! Very annoyed right now.
