BF4 missing premium items
Hi i ordered BF4 premium along with BF4 and i havent recieved the premium items

I lost all my premium knives, camos and some premium only weapons. I only now have non-premium weapons and unlocked knives. Why does EA & DICE have these problems? Please fix it quickly
