Same as the rest, overloaded CPU useage, wild FPS changes and immense stuttering on any kind of action.

AMD Athlon II x 4 630 (Phemon)

4G Ram

GTX560 2768mb

Windows 7

Driver, Latest Nvidea

Attempted all fixes above.

Same full screen studder, rubberbanding every 3 secs
Started after sat server patch,fri it ran great

  i had same effect when change surround -> phones and turn off VoIP comm.
