BF4 PC joystick phantom binds, tank driving

I'm having trouble removing some pre-set binds for joystick controls (explicitly, with an xbox controller). I'm trying to exactly match 360 controls from BF3 for driving tanks, and BF4 seems to posess an unlabeled hard-bind for the left stick (axis 0) up/down acting as a forward backward control. I want up/down to do absolutely nothing on the controller, and can't make it happen. For reference, on BF3 PC, it works just fine.

I'm aware of the Realmware tool (http://battlefield.realmware.co.uk/bf4-settings-editor/) and have tried it with no success. Looking for additional settings showed nothing, and importing BF3 controls did not work. They don't seem to have any documentation on how they read the profile settings file, so my attempt to translate it had no success.

Has anyone else seen this problem? Does anyone know how to fix it?

    Oh, and another one I'm having is vehicle sprint/boost/afterburner.

    There's a setting now where infantry sprint can be activated as a toggle, which I want active for everything. This setting does not apply to tank boost or jet afterburner. Does anyone know how to make those toggle settings, instead of hold settings?
