My BF1 account is banned

I am a new player who just got into BF1 not long ago.😔

A few days ago, my Battlefield 1 account was banned by EA on the accusation that I used cheating programs to boost gameplay. In truth, I have never used any cheating tools whatsoever. I believe the ban was triggered for two possible reasons: I play the game both on my home computer and at internet cafes. The billing software installed on café computers was likely flagged as a suspicious process by the anti-cheat system. Besides, I switched proxy nodes to get a lower ping, which may also have been mistaken for cheating activity. These are the only explanations I can think of. My K/D ratio is quite low, which is solid evidence that I never cheated.

I sent in my first appeal recently, yet it was rejected outright. I am totally confused and have no idea what else I can do. I hope the EA appeal team can understand my situation and my sincere plea. I genuinely adore Battlefield 1. Despite my poor stats, I deeply love the game and its community. I would be incredibly thankful if anyone could help me resolve this unfair punishment.

  • Hello Mercury486486,

Sorry to hear you’ve been dealing with this.

Unfortunately, bans and appeals can’t be reviewed or handled here on the forums.

If you’ve already submitted appeals, that remains the only route for the Terms of Service team to review the action (the review process can take up to 14 days). If you still have the option available, you can try submitting another appeal and include the additional context you mentioned.

  • You been caught champ, always makes me smile.

Why you would attempt to play from a "cafe" (obviously on a laptop) is beyond me. Maybe you think the different IP address will put them off ??? ........... obviously not.
