The thing I do to keep myself from restarting my PC every other game, is keeping the Task Manager open, and keeping an eye on Non-Paged memory, if it goes above 200 or so I just close BF4 down and restart it, I can play a lot more games this way untill they fixed this issue.
Alright I think I figured out a temporarily fix until DICE provides a proper one.
Try this:
In Origin go to the game properties and change it to 32 Bit. Works for me. I've been playing for 2 hours right now and still no sign of memory leak which usually appeared after 10-30 min. Only thing which is a bit stupid: 32 Bit only allows you to play on low settings But atleast it works. So yeah give it a try. I hope this works for you guys as well.
Edit: Okay there is still a memory leak going on, but it's limited to 2 GB because of 32 Bit which should be no problem if you have 6 GB or more.
