Same Problem, but don't only blame EA/DICE for it, it might also be AMDs fault cause the Driver causes the high nonpaged pool.
You can easily analyse it with poolmon from the Windows Driver Kit from Microsoft. It shows that MINI is resposible and MINI leads to the AMD Video Driver.
As far as i know all Windwos 8.1 certified Video Card Drivers for HD 6*** Cards and older are causing this Problem at the moment. Also, the problem is not new. There are reports about the same with Catalyst 12.x Drivers and Windows 8.
