Just replying to this to keep it near the top of the page.

I had used the Windows 7 compatability mode as a work around in BF3 for this problem. Now nothing I do seems to make a difference in BF4. I played a great deal this weekend, but it probably took 20-30 restarts over the several hours.

This was a miserable bit of QA by DICE or AMD for how long this thread is.

Hopefully there is a fix next week.
